At onlymobilityaids.com, we like to keep things simple so our customers have a very pleasurable ordering process. Once an order is received, our teams take pride in putting together your package as quickly, neatly, and efficiently as possible and of course, getting it to you without any hassles. We also aim to provide the fastest shipping methods available to us at no additional cost to our customers whenever available.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. However, most of our items will ship FREE over $75.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How to Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email us at sales@OnlyHealthGroup.com.com to request a refund and we will assist you in sending out your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn or exposed to a patient or deemed medically unsafe for return; cannot be returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. For Medline items, there is a $25 minimum restocking fee and a $9.95 shipping return fee deducted from the refund total; a prepaid Fedex Label will be issued. For DRIVE MEDICAL items, including scooters, an RMA must be approved by DRIVE MEDICAL prior to accepting returns.OnlyHealthGroup.com.com cannot issue an RMA on any DRIVE MEDICAL items without their approval. There is a minimum restock fee of 25% on all power mobility returns. This fee is from the manufacturer and will be passed on to our customers.
If your purchase is unopened and needs to be exchanged for a different size, color, or model, we will accept those products but you still will have to pay return shipping.
